    Last Friday at 4:32 pm I visited the Whataburger in Roswell NM store #731. I ordered the large burger for take out. The tomatoes and pickles were stacked together and hanging out the bun. The lettuce chunks were so big the were poking thru the bun when I took a bite. The burger patty was hanging out the other side of the bun. Please pay more attention to detail when preparing the food. I am sure the person who made this unappealing food would not want to eat it.

    I picked up my son from the airport after him visiting his mom for one month. Got home to Ingleside Texas store 485. My son was hungry and just wanted to go home. Our order took almost 45 minutes no apologies and the order was wrong. Not the welcome I wanted for my son and I am very upset about this. I never complain but this one was over the top. They totally forgot about us and didn't even apologize. I live in Ingleside and I will never go to that Whataburger again.

    Today i stoped at whataburger#886 in laredo texas and boy they have the best customer services and the cleanest place the general manager is always on site and theres a cashier in front shes verry polite and makes me feel at home and verry much welcomed i believe her name is honey or connie keep up the good job and keep and keep youre employees. Do what they are doing way to go

    i eat at wb 3or 4 times a week. stopped today for dinner at my local wb. told clerk I did not want receipt when she offered it to me cause it was not a survey . she told me even if it was she could not give it to me?? she said her manager told all not to give them out, just print another one without survey if customer needed one. a couple months ago I went in same wb and saw person working register fold the survey and put on top of multi forms and print out another without survey and give it to me. I called her on it and told her I wanted one with survey, she gave it to me. need to stop the printing of ones with survey if you don't want to give to customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The only thing I wish Whataburger would do is cook the fries until they are brown and crispier. They have almost no color now and are limp which causes them to be greasier.

    Today 4-19-15 at 7:30 pm my wife and I stopped in at the whataburger in jasper Texas store number 638 it was the worst experience I've ever had at any whataburger I've ever been the lady Karen greeted us a why are you bothering attitude it was bad I eat at this whataburger quite often I enjoy a burger by whataburger an this place has always had nice friendly employees today my wife explained to Karen three times what she wanted I wanted to go somewhere else but the wife said were already here the food was great but Karen attitude ruined the meal as many times as I eat at this establishment today with Karen just takes the cake is worst than terrible

    love Whataburger. So glad they came to Lindale, Texas. We used to live in Fairbanks, Alaska and when we would visit Texas the first meal we would have would be a Whataburger. We make hamburgers at home all the time, but we just can't duplicate that great taste of a Whataburger. Thank you

Also im extremely satisfied with Angela Bell. She is so outgoing, and has a bubbely personality. so helpful with all the customers. This is my favorite whataburger.

    I have been to Whataburger a lot since we have gotten one in Lindale and the only problem I have had was not getting some mayonnaise on both sides of my chicken sandwich. I have always had good response from everyone I have talked to. Everyone is smiling and greeting everyone.

    Six of us go after we work all morning at the Food Pantry. It's what we look forward to all week. The food is great, the Whataburger, the Whatachicken, and the Grilled Chicken. Today I got the Three chicken strips with gravy. Yummm!
