    I visited the TKMaxx store in Banbury, Oxfordshire today 4th August and Anita, one of the staff was extremely helpful with some sheets that I wanted to purchase, she had to measure the depth of the fitted sheets for me as they were not labelled on the packaging, I think she went above and beyond to help me and I am very grateful for her assistance, she is a very nice lady, thank you.

    When ever i visit TK Maxx Telford, 9 out 0f 10 times i'm coming out with a great bargain. The staff are always polite and friendly, Jenna on checkout was very nice and made me smile.

    I often visit TK Maxx in Grimsby and find that all of the assistants are friendly and helpful. Yesterday Lisa was particularly helpful. She did something so simple, but which made such a difference. She removed the huge amount of packaging from inside the large cosmetics bag which I bought. This meant that it fitted into my own bag much more easily. That's customer care taken to the next level!

    I'd like to inform TK Maxx that they have a wonderful member of staff working for them in Cardiff centre. He works at the jewellery counter. He is so well informed and enthusiastic about selling jewellery. I love going to TKMmaxx as a rule - always spend lots at the jewellery counter. He informed me today that he's just passed a jewellery exam - you might lose him soon and that would be a terrible shame for your company. He's unique. I hope you appreciate him.

    i have been in tk maxx Gateshead my local store and I have been served by a lady Veronica who is always pleasant and friendly, I Went into my branch at Gateshead again today in the snow and purchased a large parasol on a stand and she even offered to help me to my vehicle, I never get this service anywhere else I shop thank you Veronica

    I was served by Kristine today when I bought several gift bags and other item.
    Kristine was very efficient and asked If I would like to use one of the bags for life to use as a carrier
    for all the other items.
    She had anticipated my intention and with my permission loaded all the items carefully in to the
    larger bag.
    Kristine was smartly dressed, courteous and had a very pleasant demeanour.
    I left the store feeling happy and pleased with my purchase.

    I bought a bathroom cabinet from the new Tkm in Coatbridge .the staff were very helpful and especially the manager he even delivered the cabinet to my address at 10.20pm after he had finished his shift as I had no transport. The service was second to none.

    TKmaxx is my favourite shop. I was buying dishes in Sauchiehall Street tkmaxx today and several assistants saw me struggling to hold the dishes and they rushed to get me a basket. When I got to the checkout the assistant was very friendly and brilliant at wrapping. Sauchiehall street gets top marks from me.

    When I have free time to myself I very much enjoy looking around TKMaxx.
    The staff are so helpful and polite even to the extent when I asked about the music playing in the store.
    Whilst walking around the store I get ideas for things for my home, there is so much to look at, I could easily spend the whole day there. The store departments are planned out really well to help you find what you're looking for.
    I'm always so happy with my purchases, and love it when friends ask me where I bought the items from... TK Maxx of course!
