    I went to the store in Downey Ca, which is Stonewood mall. The clothing is a bit over priced. But the Girls on the floor that are supposed to be helping customers made me feel really uncomfortable by staring at me like if I was gonna take something. That really pissed me off! Although I still ended up purchasing something I don't think I will ever go that location again. 😡

    The workers there r clueless ding dongs.first, an employee informed me there was a coupon or coupons at the tillys website...found none..handed phone to employee & he couldn't find any either.he left w my phone to get help finding it or them & came back & said THERE AREN'T ANY RIGHT NOW,BUT IF U SPEND $50 R MORE TODAY, U GET A $10 COUPON FOR NEXT TIME...I found items that cost at least $50, then made a purchase.i asked the cashier if the coupon was in the bag.she looked surprised & looked over to a person whom appeared, I could be wrong, to be a manager.no one knew anything about a $10 coupon.i informed them what the employee said about the coupon w $50 purchase..the person who appeared to be the manager was pretty much silent & didn't have much to say other than I had been misinformed & there was nothing he could do.they were very kind & prompt in then returning my $50 purchase at my request, but I wasn't impressed

    Tillys is one of my favorite stores,they have the cutest clothes.I find it a bit expensive sometimes but other than that I love tillys I always go there when I am around one of their stores.I love how many sales they have.I think that they should make more stripe t shirts I love mine and wear them all the time.Also, make longer shorts for people like me who can't wear short shorts to school but have to be longer shorts .I don't like jeans but I love your jeans because they are so compfotble and fit nicely.I love tillys and can't wait to go there again!The staff are all sooooo nice and always help and give me fashion tips I love it!

    I was very pleased with the staff who went above and beyond to help me during my shopping. One of the male staff members was so genuinely helpful. The only terrible experience, which I have never had happen to me was that one of the cashiers over charged me. I was charged twice for one shirt. Instead of buying one shirt the receipt says I bought two of them. I could not believe it. I guess that's the thanks I get for being nice to the cashier.

    two ladies named stephanie and vanessa did such a great job helping my husband and i get our christmas shopping done fast and with great customer service. i love tillys and so do my kids great deals and great staff. if i was the manager for those two ladiers id give a very nice christmas bonusand for sure a promotion. far and few work hard and are kind workers nhold one to those two.

    I am an older lady with very little knowledge of the latest styles for teens. Went to Tillys Store #159 and was browsing. UNTIL a wonderful young lady named Bohnnie came to my aid. Wow, I am very impressed with her and she took a lot of time with me and helped me to coordinate outfits for my granddaughters and grandsons. I am so looking forward to visiting this store again but of course it will be awhile as I am an hour away. So...I think I will browse online. Love the store!

    I really had a very positive experience at the Tilly's located at the Long Beach Town Center. Justine was like my personal shopper. She helped me find the perfect gifts for the ladies on my Christmas List and when I found the perfect shirt but the wrong size she hunted throughout the store to find the size I needed. The store indicated that there were 2 in stock and she located the shirt I needed. Jazmin were also very helpful. When I realized one of the coats I was purchasing was the wrong size and the style I wanted wasn't available in the size I needed she found another style that was perfect. Karla stepped in to process another order for the items that weren't in stock. All in all my experience was amazing and the 3 young ladies I mentioned are the reason I will continue to shop Tilly's. I have always been treated like I am the most important customer but my experience at the store in the Long Beach Town Center was the best. Justine, Jazmin and Karla are great at customer service and I truly hope they get the recognition they deserve. My only regret is I didn't get their last names. The date I was in the store was Dec 2 Store 17 and I paid at 5:14 PM.
