    Went to the Cheezecake Factory in Arlington TX for the first time on 2/10/2017 with a group of 29 people. Service was SLOW, SLOW, SLOW and prices WAY TOO HIGH for the food received. I ordered the turkey burger and wasn't serviced until after everyone else was served and finished eating. The$11.95 price was outrageous and would have just as soon gone to a fast food place like Jack in the Box for better food and service at a fail price. My wife got the Skinny Turkey Sandwich for $12.95. We could have gotten a better sandwich at Subway for less than $6.00. Tried to take your survey and see you've shut down the ability to enter one, probably due to all the bad reviews. Remember, the best advertisement is when one person tells another and we'll be sure to tell as many people as possible about our experience. We might give you one star only because the place looked clean.

    I was greatly disappointed in the skinny cheeseburger because it wasn't good and much smaller than when I ate there 6 months ago. The burger was burnt on outside and had to send it back.

    Last atempt at communicating with you. If you do not want to fullfill a promotional offer, don't lie about it. I tried to redeem my receipt for $10.00 coupon within three days. Received email back to try in one month. Now I have tried twice and rejected both times. Do not like being played as the fool.

    I was at the Cheesecake Factory at 11:00am the first day the restaurant opened and my l opiniom has not changed at all. I love going there, love food and service has always been excellant. I met a friend on Friday and another friend on Saturday and had a wonderful meal and good company of friends. I live at the St. John's Town Center in Jacksonville Florida, so I go quite often for lunch and dinner. There are so many wonderful iteams on the menu, I love the salads and the different selections. My husband and I love the BLT, delicious on a very hot day here, the perfect salad on a hot day, we will have the Hawaiian pizza to go with it. I am so glad you are here, and that the service and qualitiy of food has not waived at all. Keep up the good work, TCF is always very busy so there are a lot us who love and glad you are here in Jax

    First of all, it is is not right that a consummer cannot contact by phone, or probably even by this method. I have bought your chessecakes for years at Sams. At I was supposedly enjoying my last piece in most recent box, I noticed what looks to be like a black splinter, or hair etc. from a varmit. Keep wondering, if facilities actually clean down outsides of any mechanics? That is assuming you clean down the internal portions. We cannot rely on anyone for anything anymore.

    Our server was very nice, but not very attentive. I didn't have any forks and had to ask another server to get them. She never offered to refill our coffee.
    The folks at the next table had a better experience: their server was constantly checking with them and taking care of them.
