    The shoes designs available at the Fairview store in Montego Bay are ok, however I find that the shoes are not long lasting. I have shopped their on numerous occasions and found out that the quality is not consistent. The last occasion was very unpleasant. After purchasing 5 pairs of shoes 3 of the 5 came apart within a month or so and when I attempted to return two of them I was literally forced to take a credit note as the only shoes that I could take were similar to the ones I returned. Customer service was not all that and I felt slighted and cheated. I could not even get back my money to spend else where. I do not want to shop at Payless any more.

    I visited the Payless at the Galleria Mall in Cheektowaga, NY, on Jan. 28th, and was helped by an amazing salesclerk, Karen. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. I don't know if I was ever waited on by a more efficient and kind clerk in any store I have ever visited. I will re-visit this location, even though there are 2Payless stores closer to me, because of Karen. She should be praised for her professional, warm, and helpful manner.
