    I do not have a computer of my own and am using a friends. I have been trying to post a feedback and am not getting very far. Hope this works. Last month I purchased a few country classic solids and as they were on sale. After I got them home washed and ironed they only measured38 to 39 inches, they were supposed to be 44 inches. I was not able to finish my projects and had to go back and get symphony solids. No one seemed to care at the store level. I purchased them at Madison Heights, MI.

    Both my wife and I made separate purchases at your
    Brandon, FL store. She filled out a survey last night and received
    her 50% of coupon. I tried to fill out my survey and received
    a notice that since you had a return from the email address
    that we share, I was unable to complete the survey. It would
    have been a different transaction number and that should be
    the criteria, not the email address. I am surprised that you were
    not aware that some couples share an email address.

    When I try to take the survey I keep getting directed to another site when does not have anything I can find that has to do with JoAnn's. I like shopping at JoAnn's except that I often find a need for more help at the cutting station/cashier. It seems one or the other is understaffed.

    My daughter and I went into JO-ANN'S in Slidell, La. and we were taken back how neat and
    clean and organized. The amount of merchandise for sewing and etc was incredible.
    We were greeted by Emily and she was so friendly and helpful, she needs a great

    For ten years my mother in law and wife have been going to Jo-Anns for all our fabric and other crafting materials. Myself and mom and wife have been going together for 3 years for Black Friday. We are there at 7:00am and always spend over $100. And that is after the discount!
    We love Jo-Anns and always courteous cashiers. It is fun talking to other customers while we all are waiting in line. Everyone makes it fun!

    I went to your store on October 13 at 4514 North Harlem Avenue, Norridge to return an item and your manager showed me how to do the project and also told me if I needed help to call the store and ask for him. This is something that does not happen to often. In fact when I went to Michaels down the street was told this store was a block away when in fact it is about 6 blocks from Michaels. Thank you so much.

    I am a quilter and make trips to Joann's often. Today I bought batting and backing for a new quilt and was pleased to have the fabric associate provide imput to color combinations and help find the microwave batting that I needed for another project. She was without a doubt the sweetest gal as are others at our Brainerd Mn store. Happy Quilter=Happy Camper! Thanks Joann's for once again being there for us sewing and crafting gals and guys.

    i have never been in a Joann's store and been so rude to. The person who cut my fleece could'nt even reply to me when i ask a question. No smile and no greeting what so ever,boy could i tell she loved her job. Then to the cashier, she was just about the most unhappy person i've seen, another one who just loved her job.No hello and no thank you when i was leaving. I have no names for either only the cashier i guess was resume id 3. It might help to give some training in customer service to some of these people. I will not be going back to this store at 838 Plaza Blvd. Lancaster,pa. I will find another one where people are more friendly. Thank You, Edith Perry

    The store has a large selection of arts and crafts to choose from which is awesome. The employees are always willing to help you and attend to you which is great. Another thing that helps is the knowledge they have for certain crafts is very helpful as well.

    I go to Joann often to shop for myself and projects for our local senior Citizen's center.
    My experience today was VERY GOOD. The cashier was very helpful and friendly. This is
    a really good thing. It makes you want to keep going back. I just wish I didn't have to travel so far
    to get to the store. I love it, because you can use lots of coupons and it saves me a lot of money.
