    I am writing this comment just to express my thanks and appreciation to the Manager of Canadian Tire store #164 located at 2900 Major Mackenzie Dr. E., Markham, ON. The manager, Mr. Mike Jeronimo, was helpful in solving an issue related to GPS instrument previously purchased from Canadian Tire, Richmond Hill store. The instrument showed slowness and malfunctioning after one month of usage. Richmond Hill store didn't give response to the problem but the solution was found at store #164 of Markham. Kindly, convey my gratitude to Mr. Jeonimo and his staff for their help and commitment. Best regards

    went to Cdn Tire in antigonish N.S to get 4 new tires my appointment was at 1 Oclock did not get
    out of there until 4:23 in the afternoon.
    I recieved very poor service .

    My father and I recently went to Cdn Tire store # 362 in Nanaimo and I just wanted to let you know that your employee Mitchell in Hardware is excellent. He was very kind and helped us out the whole time we were there. My father recently had back surgery and Mitchell went outside to get us a cart to make our air compressor purchase and other items. He put it into the cart for us as well. We bought the display model and he brought it down to the floor explaining how to use the functions. Mitchell is exceptional and you are lucky to have such great initiative and dedication in your employee. Thank you for this wonderful shopping experience and we look forward to visiting the store again soon.

    Both Margie and Dale in the Tantallon store went over and above to make sure I was satisfied by getting new batteries and try it in my smoke detector.... Was happy I didn't get home and have to go back.... The old detector didn't work with the new batteries.... Bought a new detector for cheaper than the batteries!

    I would like to thank Alex Nadeau for the wonderful service I received at Canadian tire. I've been at three other Canadian tires for a product that the other stores would not provide
    for me I was looking for a special item and this young man Alex took the time to look for it and kind enough to come back to tell me that he found it and that it would take him about 10 minutes to get it.     Scott Rd. Store Surrey BC. Went to the store to make a purchase of winter tires for emergency travel to the BC interior. The advisor Eric D. was extremely helpful, professional and patient. Because of his excellent service I will be planning to have my vehicles serviced at this Canadian Tire outlet in the future.

    Hanover store.....purchased winter tires on Oct 29th and made appt for Friday Nov 4th at 5:00 to have them installed. This appt was marked right on our receipt. Arrived at 4:30 on 11/4 and was told they don't have time to put them on either that night or even on the next day....even though the appt was booked. The advisor was DB01. He was extremely rude and he denied making the appointment (again he had put the appointment on our receipt). We obviously took the tires elsewhere to be installed.

    Took my wife's vehicle into Canadian Tire (Barrie Bayfield Store) for an oil change today in which I previously made an appointment. The vehicle was finally brought into the garage after 1 hour had elapsed. The vehicle took a total time of 2 hours for 1 oil change. This service is unacceptable and I demand some concession for this inconvenience. Thank you.
