    I visit Store 3699 conyers ga about 615pm the service was great but I was very disappointed and upset with the way a Manger was talking to look like another Manger loud every one in store could hear she keep question him saying I will to check your I think a counsel should be in private not for customers to hear

    I visited the Captain Ds on Western Branch today. It was the worst food I ever had from a Captain Ds . I placed a to go order. I NOTICED ALL THIS CRAP WHEN I GOT HOME,TO EAT!!!!!!!! They put the freakin hot food on top of my cold slaw(it wasn't in a separate container), some of the shrimp wasn't deveined, the hot sauce packets had some disgusting residue on them. The girl working the drive-thru was eating something loud with her fingers...I don't want any coupons, I don't want anything free...This was a disgusting meal after along day of work

    What's happen to the days when you went to Capitain D' s you got your money's worth. The portions you now get is a joke. The country style fish needs to go back to old size of portion and fish sticks. Sorry to say company is slipping bad.

    What happen? Went to Captain Ds drive thru and ordered a shrimp dinner-got home and found out that things have changed. The shrimp were smaller and only had 1 very small container of cocktail sauce which was not enough. Very disappointed

    Today is Friday, Sept. 11th. Takeya put the wrong order in my bag. The crab and shrimp were missing. It was the Captain D's restaurant #3318. It's not fair how drive through orders were handled incomplete and wrong. I paid too much money to not receive my crab and shrimp. I don't like having to drive back to correct an order. I am disgusted.

    went to your store for our 54th. wedding anniversary . and what a waste of good money for 2 meals that were terrible, the Country Fish is now the worst thing since mrs. pauls fish sticks and the new plates and redesign of the stores take all of the ambience that you once had and puts it in the trash now, the little butterfly shrimp were like eating flavored cardboard, the whole experience has turned us against your stores and we wont be back anymore as at 74 years of age we can't waste our life eating such fake crap when we can get the real thing, so it is goodbye after many many years of great service in the past, get a new CEO and maybe you can save a good product and store,, Thank's D.     I guset purchased tlpa & skw ml from captain,s d store #3568. I was very disappointed with my meal. First, the shrimp tasted like they had been warm over two or three times . The corn was hard and cold, I gave up trying to eat it. The fish was ok, but overall the meal sucked. I ususally get pretty good meals from the store, but today I hate I went there. If and when I do go back to this store, I hope these comments will have reached them. But I will be sure to let the manager that I was not happy with my last visit to this store.

    I have loved CaptainDs for so long,but was disappointed with the food last night.As always the slaw was perfect,my shrimp was ok and my fries were hard. I do not send anything back so I brought it home and recooked it. I have never been this disappointed with the food but can't complain about the service,as always it was great. Thanks

    Today,01-04-2015, we visited store#3775. The white fish was good, but the baked potato was only half done and would not melt the butter applied to it. My ear of corn was so cold, it too would not melt the butter. A large number of diners were there (13:21) and I consumed the food rather than reorder. I feel this was an anomaly, never experienced before.
    We dine here regularly, will continue to do so, and will recommend others to do so.

    I have been to this Captain Ds several times and this past visit was so disappointing that I may take a while before I try again. The green beans were cold, the fish portion very small. The grilled shrimp lacked flavor and they too were barely warm. The fried pickles were the worst I have had from there ever. I always go to this store yet this is the frirst time I have been this disappointed.
