    Got a receipt and the sticker for a free route 44 but no code on my receipt :( boo to that but the carhop 151 Katelyn was smiling and quick. That's definitely a plus. Keep up the good work, guys...someone please correct the printouts on the receipts?

    we went through the drive thru. We were not given a receipt when we paid. My husband thought that the receipt was taped to the food bag. We live on a budget and I keep all my receipts! There was not even an amount on the ticket taped on the bag. I realize a lot of people do not want a receipt however I think the cashier should hand a copy of the receipt to every customer and they can do what the want with it. There was a free survey sticker on the bag however I could not enter the survey and receive a free route 44 due to no receipt.

    I have been to sonice twice in the last couple days! All I have ordered is a large dr. Pepper both times and each time it took over 5 minutest for me to get the deink. Both times I have ended up just having to drive off because I was either gonna be late to work or late getting kiddos from school. It is absolutely ridiculous for me to be able to see employees just walking around through the window or doing anything and it taking 5 minutes for me to get one drink.

    My service was great. Tonya brought out my order and was very sweet and polite! Nikki and her are my favorite carhops, they always get my order right and bring a smile to my face. The night crew on the other hand sucks, I always have to wait and then half the time my order is wrong. They are very rude which is why I no loner go there at night time. The day crew on the other hand are great and its a shame the night crew cant be more like them, they should take some tips because there is no reason to treat customers the way the night crew does.

    Ordered a Butterfinger blast, the bottom 2 1/2 inches had no Butterfinger just plain vanilla ice-cream. To make matters worse there was a section at the bottom that was empty air. Not even the ice-cream was there. Maybe it is only this Sonic off of Iliff in Denver. Wont be back to this location.

    why is it every time i go to get a drink for work in the morning i have to wait for at least 20 minutes just for a drink and then when i finaly get it they are so rude my goodness i hate to order food who knows how long that would take that why i am going to MCdonalds to get my stuff I wirk in a hospital so there is a lot people that probably wont go either

    5.72

    The math does not support the receipt of corn dogs were only .50.

    I am not sure who I should address this comment to, but I was at one of your stores today in south Tulsa Oklahoma. I waited in line for about 18 minutes in the drive through before I got to the pickup window. I new that waiting in line that long that my hamburger was going to be cold. The woman handed me my hamburger and I checked it to see if it was cold or warm and of course it was cold. I let the woman know and the manager came to the window and said she would make me a fresh one. Well when I got home I found out that she just put it in a microwave and heated it up. Well when I opened the wrapper to eat my hamburger the bun was stuck to the paper. I have come to the conclusion that if that is the way Sonic is going to treat their customers that I can go down the road a mile or so and get something at McDonalds. They make mistakes also "BUT THEY DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS"! This is not the first problem I have had at that store at 108th and south memorial. I am sure that whoever reads this post will just put it into their junk mail, but I will let all my friends know not to stop and eat there and I have a lot of friends that eat there.     Hi my name is Mondrick, I stopped by to get some food and I was in line the 3rd car down and I notes that the person that came out had a smile on her face .that something that you don't see when we take out the time to go threw a drive threw .The world needs that one to just see a smile on some ones face and being nice to others .l will not have a problem with going back to that store .And telling other about it .I don't know what all she does there but she to be the face of the place her was Kaylin please find more like her and keep her on deck.
