    I was shopping in store 05979 needed help and came in contact with the store Mgr. Mrs. Sara very
    sweet young lady. She went above her duty to help me and the store was crowded. I recieved everything I needed. Stood on the long line when I got up to the cashier. Who was the cashier? Mgr. Sara she a unbelieveable person and a great assest to Old Navy. Y&ou should be proud to have a worker like her. I hope she recieve a commendation on this. Miss Marilyn Fana

    This was an EXTREMELY DIFFICULT survey......hard to understand-ups, and it did not really tell me it was for Old Navy.....what is with you won and qualified for this, but now spin to win that, and the actual survey was not there. No questions....and no I don't sit on the computer giving out my info on all these prizes I have won, (I have NEVER received one but I do get a lot of info on stuff I don't want or need), an no questions as to my experience with Old Navy. Totally waste of my time. Thanks, but No thank you.

    I like to shop at Old Navy for their children's clothes and men's and women's tshirts, sweaters, and fleece items. Normally I do not get approached by store employees for assistance. The one time I did need assistance I was able to get help easily.

    I have spent quite a bit of time trying to find the survey. I don't seem to be smart enough to even find the survey, much less take it. I did graduate from the University of Washington with high honors and I do have a Masters degree so I am wondering if I am stupid or if this survey is too difficult to find for the normal person.
