    I frequent the Rite Aid in Douglassville PA on Ben Franklin Hwy(store#00447). Those ladies are great! They know me by name, they take the time to talk with me. Lori, Carol, Lisa, Angelique...they are wonderful people. I will always be a customer as long as they are there.

    I have had a surprising experience. Recently our pharmacy of several years sold to Rite Aid. We were not informed of the sale until such time that I called to renew subscriptions.
    I received an automated message advising us with a number to call. It wasn't until I called that number, that I found our pharmacy had been sold. Since I elderly (84 years old), and with somewhat complicated prescriptions you can imagine my concerns. A new pharmacy, new people, etc.
    To my pleasant surprise my first contact was with a Lady, when given my name, within moments came back with my information and filled my prescriptions. It was like I had never changed pharmacy's. My wife and I are thrilled to have the confidence that our needs will be met with continued care and good service.
    I hope you can imagine my relief

    The personnel at my RiteAid Store on Rt 306 in Wesley Hills are well trained, always helpful and very pleasant. I trust the Pharmacy Department when I have any questions about my meds or what advice they could offer in some situations. The management of the store itself is also helpful and works very hard to see to their customers' needs.

    My only complaint is that the store is probably one of the smallest in the company's chain. Would have been wonderful if the available space next door could have been taken over to expand the current RiteAid.

    I love going to my Carmel ny rite aid ! The manger Hafida is so helpful with my shopping and locating items ! Also the sweet girl that stocks the shelfs and always has a smile ! And then at checkout is dee who is so sweet and pleasant and always asks about the family ! I always look forward to my trips to my riteaid ! Thanks ladies !!!!!z

    On a recent trip to California I visited riteaide as my choice of drug stores. My mom uses walgreens. Not only did I save on my purchases, they had an ice cream counter with thrifty's yummy ice cream. The nostalgia of my childhood was revisited from when my grandfather took us through laurel canyon for a thrifty's nickel ice cream in the 50's and 60's. I believe Mom may shop at riteaid again. Thanks for the memories.
