    Our experience was excellent at red lobster. Food was hot and delious.our server was curtious and helpful.my crab was not ready and the other three were served so the waitress brought me a small portion of crab which I ordered. We were able to obtain a coupon in the site and saved us 15 per cent which was great

    I just left red lobster. I'm at work. Called my order in. Went to pick it up. And it was not right. I ask for the shrimp with three trio. He gave me just popcorn shrimp. I knew I should have checked my food. My salads were wrong. And who? Give you ketchup with popcorn shrimp and anf baked potato. No butter no sour cream. Just an frolk so upset. I'm at work.

    Dinner was great, but trying to fill out the survey is ridiculous! I've tried every way from Sunday and can't find the survey among the ads, different URL's, etc. Wouldn't expect to win anyway, so am giving up. Couldn't you make it easier on your guests?

    the service was great, the place was clean BUT the cook/chef whatever he's called there should go back to school to learn how to drain the grease off of food! I mean it really was ridiculous how much grease was on the plate and food. I paid little over $30.00 for a dinner I couldn't eat. will I go back to red lobster? not at the overland park restaurant location. I will try other locations again cause I always had good food with red lobster. tyvm

    I ate at Red Lobster today and ordered a steak. When I received the steak it look perfectly cooked. As I began eating the steak it was so tough I could not break it down with my teeth. I called the waiter and he brought me another steak. After I got home my stomach was so upset for the remainder of the evening. I left there at 5:30 pm. It is not 10:00 pm and my stomach is still upset. Cramps and running in and out of the bathroom. Not a happy camper right now at all.

    I came in to order a take on 2/10/2016 at 7:39 from Ashley now she was very nice but I waited along with several other people over and hour for my order. We weren't offered nothing to make our wait less stressful. I did ask for my money back and recevied my money back but my order was horrible and I didn't even get my shrimp that I ordered. I understand that there were issues in the kitchen but the length time wasted and my order was wrong and not good giving me my money back is the least of the issues poor customer service very disappointed not sure if I will return to your location (location 32 blanding blvd orange park fl 32073

    my wife & I ate at red lobster last evening. worst meal we have eaten at a red lobster. both. won`t go to that had broiled shrimp platter fried scampi & alfredo broccoli was too tough to chew, alfredo noodles were dried out won`t go to that red lobster again . a week ago we were at another red lobster on sand lake rd. in Orlando had the same thing & it was very good

    We visited Red Lobster in Castleton on Monday, August 3, 2015. We had a party of 6. It was a very, very special occasion. Faith Wilson, was celebrating her 10th Birthday. Faith has been diagnosed with a rare cancer and the prognosis is poor. She has not been feeling well and we wanted to do something to lift her spirits. We took her to Red Lobster as she loves crab legs. My husband, Chris, called and spoke with Leslie, and explained the situation prior to our arrival. I/we were just so impressed with the level of professionalism, care and empathy that was demonstrated not only by Leslie, but every staff person that was on duty. Each of them came over to visit Faith and extend some kind words. Our family was just amazed. We were so appreciative! My husband and I visit this location often. Following our experience on last night, it will certainly continue to be the only location that I will visit and encourage my friends, family and co-workers to visit. Leslie and the staff certainly made this a memorable evening for a very special little girl. May God continue to bless them for demonstrating such compassion. The food was also wonderful !

    Henrietta, New York The Red Lobster at this address is wonderful. Beside the food being fabulous, The most endearing aspect of this particular store is its wait personnel. I am one among a group of three or more that dine monthly at this restaurant. Every time we go there we request "Kris".
    ...and for some very, very good reasons. She is one awesome person. She anticipates our needs. She is warm and friendly without being intrusive. She is more than efficient. She remembers our eccentricities--warm salad bowl--not cold, etc. and serves us accordingly....without being reminded. Kris Mallory makes us feel 'special'. She most definitely enhances our Red Lobster dining experience. She, also, is one of the reasons we keep coming back!!!! We hope this survey will go to the Henrietta store so that Kris may get the kudos she so richly deserves.

    On March 7 2014 I took my sister to have lunch for her Birthday. Our Waitress, Janis, came to us and gave us detial information on the items we asked about very pleasant and helpful . Janis kept checking with us to make sure every thing was OK with our meal and if there was any thing else that she could get for us. We truly enjoyed our meal I did not leave a grain of rice on my plate I will surely come back to Red Lobster and I will like Janis to serve us. (SHE WAS GREAT)

    I,ve never received poor service like tonight, after giving us water she forgot my coffee after I,ve to ask her again.usually the salad came right after that but we have to wait again also we have to ask for the cheddar rolls. After our food came I asked for tartar sauce, I,ve to wait again and asked again for the second time till half of my food is gone and no lemon with the dinners she never came back for the refill of coffee until I asked again. It real was poor service that I,ve never experience before because we love to eat at red lobster. I thought I let you know about the service today, food is good, but coffee wasn,t hot enough.
