  2. Wasn"t overly impressed when we were first seated .It was warmer outside than the draft coming through the windows at the back left of the seated area so we asked to move and we did. The steak with the surf and turf was very good however I thought the lobster tails had no flavor at all and had to fight with it to get the little bit of meat for the price.My wife was happy with the Harbor Lobster Bake.Myself would not return,but if my wife wanted to return,all the power to her.

    My husband and I share the same Birthday and from the time that we've met we have always celebrated at Red Lobster. We normally dine a couple of times a year as this is not a cheap dinner out. Therefore you can understand my surprise when I received the bill and was charged for the soup and salad that always came with the dinner. When I told the waiter that he had made a mistake on the bill he stated that those items are no longer free since the increase of minimum wage. I think that it is very unfair to gouge the customer every chance you get it would have been less noticeable if you have increase other items rather than remove something completely without notifying the customer prior. As we ordered the waiter should have mentioned or asked us if we were aware that the meals no longer included a salad or the soup(which was a little extra in cost) to have. I feel that by doing this you have just cheapened the quality of the meal.

While we were eating a spider came down from the sealing and landed on my friends head. I got the spider out her hair and killed it and the waitress saw the spider and called the manager out to talk to us. The manager told us that he could not give us any money off our dinner. He told me to send a message to Head Office.

  21. The service we received today, December 10, 2017 at the Red Lobster on Auth Rd. In Temple Hills, MD was very poor. Starting with the General Manager Sallie Ferguson, her customer service skills and attitude need a complete overhaul. My food presentation was awful and my order was completely wrong after waiting quite sometime for the order to come. When I requested to speak to a manager, Sallie Ferguson showed 15 mins after the fact, and the only thing she had to offer was to take my order off my bill which was a no brainer because my order was botched. She never apologized for the service I received instead, she spoke to me in a condescending tone with a fake smile like it was my fault. She is the poorest example of a leader and great customer service. Take your money to an establishment that values their customers and shows it the service that is provided.... #veryunhappycustoner

    Juliann was our server at lunch at the Red Lobster on Thompson Road in Indianapolis, In. and she was absolutely phenomenal. After my lunch I ordered an order to go and she was just terrific in getting it together and even included an extra dressing for my salad as I asked and an extra tartar sauce for my fish as I had requested.   54. I called in a takeout order 9/20/17 about 30 minutes before I arrived. Still had to wait 10 or 15 minutes to get it. The waitress was not very friendly. When I got home and sat down to eat, the shrimp was rubbery. The salad had 90% mustard greens and very little lettuce and two very small grape tomatoes. In the bread bag there was one small piece of bread. Generally, when I eat in the restaurant the waitress will bring about four rolls. This was a large meal and I was splitting it with my wife and it was a very disappointing meal! By the way, the potato was very small also. In all, the $18 I paid for it was an overpayment. Very disappointing!

    scallops were awfull awfull she never came back till time for the bill we asked for 2 more
    biscuits but she said they were being baked but after 15 min never came

My partner had the Shrimp Trio and he said it was very good. We will defiantly be back for another visit soon.

  99. Valentines Day 2017; my boy friend and I went to Red Lobster for dinner. Despite the fact that we waited for over an hour to be seated we had a great experience and learned a valuable lesson. Next year we will call ahead to put our name on the seating list instead of just walking in. We learned that those that called in had priority precedence over those that walked in. Once we made it to a table the experience got so much better from that point on. The meal was great. We had a truly awesome server, her name was Tatyanna. She was the ultimate customer service focus professional. She displayed outstanding personable communication, efficiency, humor and attention to details.

When waitress finally came to table to remove some of the plates she told that she will bring when they come sing happy birthday after waiting a hour and 15min I got up (disabled) walked to the host stand asking the waiting that was serving my table. They looking around my husband ask for the manager about 5min later she shows up lying that she could find a lighter when I saw the young lady walk from behind the bar about 25min prior I tried to get her attention but continue walking. Had my little sister to call 1800 number about told place that even she was told that that would give a her a call back in 48 business hours but no one has returned her yet. So I know for a fact that I will never returned to that red lobster because I'm not value as a customer.

    My mom and I were in Red Lobster this past Sunday. After being seated, Brad our server came and took our drink order and also our meal orders as we knew already what we wanted. Brad was so sweet and helpful and anything we asked of him we had within minutes of asking. He also knew when to come back to the table to ask if everything was ok. He really knows how to engage in conversation and how to make people smile. I know when my mom and I come back we will ask for Brad, because he truly knows his job and cares for it as well, this was evident through his service to us. Honestly I think he should be considered for a managerial position. He knows how to make people feel at home and comfortable.

My husband died ten years ago but I continue to eat at Red Lobster. I recently moved to Muncie, IN from Springfield, IL and have found the same service and wonderful managers and servers. I got less shrimp and the peice of chicken I got looked pathethic. I remember the chicken being thick and having a big portion. This was skinny and thin. I was stealing my son's fries because I was still hungry, but I didn't take too many because he didn't get much either. It's sad to watch that favorite dish of my go downhill so much. She mention that's a little more than usual and my reply was Jazmin isn't usual she is outstanding.

I am very embarrassed by the service I received at that restaurant and I will not go back there again. We all received our drinks and my drink was not the drink I ordered and so they replaced it with the correct one and then it had two fruit flies in it. second I ordered a side order of dressing for my ceasar salad and did not receive it. Then I ordered a 2and 1/2 pound lobster for one of the meals and it was deffinately only one pound. along with that was suppose to be potato wedges and corn and I think there were only like three tiny wedges on the plate. They took the appetizers off the bill for the flies in the drink which I appreciate but I would of paid for my whole meal and got what I ordered and paid for rather than taking it out on the customer in the meal. I've been there before and never had a problem but this time was a waste of time and money. Also forgot to mention that we actually waited over an our for our meals also. I was handed a brownie w/o ice cream which was supposed to be ala mode. When I asked about the missing ice cream I was told there was none. They were all out of ice cream. I told the waitress she have told me in the beginning that there was no ice cream and she should have asked me if I wanted something else instead. She took my suggestion nicely and agreed with me. If I visit Red Lobster again, I will ask them in advance if they have ice cream. It's hard to believe that a restaurant the size of Red Lobster would run out of ice cream. If I were the manager, I'd go to Giant Eagle or some store and buy some ice cream. Thank you for allowing me to vent.

We ordered our drinks, the lobster pizza as an appetizer and our entries. At 8:45pm, our entries had not arrived. I requested the manager and explained the situation to her. She went to investigate this issue and returned with our food. The food was cold and the pasta was stuck together and cold also. She was nice enough to give us half off our meal and very apolopetic about this situation. I am very disappointed in this waiter's lack of whatever you want to call it, but it was the poorest customer service I have ever witnessed and been a part of in my life. It will be a long time before I go back to Red Lobster.

I explain that I had been given the wrong order, but that I said I would accept it. It only had one item different from what I had ordered anyway. He apologized and I explained that the different item was very good and I wasn't that disappointed. I guess I should say I wasn't disappointed until the bill came. I found that they had charged me for the more expensive meal I ate instead of what I ordered. I did not complain and paid and left a good tip for our waiter as he really tried to make sure we were happy. Now that being said, I was in the customer service industries for over 20 years and I know unhappy customers can be the death of a business. And during these economically trying times it is very important that business make sure things are done correctly. It is my opinion that your management really dropped the ball on this one. I feel the meal should have been comped, and for them to charge me for the more expensive meal was absolutely the worst thing they could have done. They did not do your restaurant chain any credit at being an honest or fair establishment. They did not do anything to make sure I was a happy customer. I only have a limited number of discretional dollars to spend in this Obama Economy, and with they way I was treated, very few will be spent in this restaurant. I also know that an unhappy customer will tell may people of the bad experience and that will spread rapidly. If you should actually read and consider this message, I would gladly answer any questions you may have.

I have been confined to the dark areas in our home, only going out to the doctor's office. However, when we went to the available table with the hostess, it was apparent that my eyes could not tolerate the interior lighting or the afternoon sunlight streaming in the windows. They stood on ladders and chairs turning off overhead lighting and closing the blinds or boarding up windows to keep the sunlight from hurting my vision. They were so attentive, as was our waitress. Continually checking on us, bringing us refills without our asking, and giving us hugs when we left. I felt like I was with family.   537. My family went to Red Lobster today June 2, 2013. The bill had a survey on it to fill out with offer empires June 9, 2013. When I got to the site of the survey it said it expired on May 26, 2013. I think that some one was not paying attention to the offer and you should check your records.   538. I love this restaurant! The service is top notch, they are ready and anxious to see you are satisfied with every part of your dining experience. The cheddar biscuits are hot and tasty, the salads are cut fresh and just the right amount of dressing. You can have more if you like, but I found the dressing to be ample. Our waitress was ready and nearby to see if we needed anything. Our meal was hot and delicious. My husband ordered the shrimp and lobster pot pie and scallops linguini and said it was more than enough.   539. We ate at the Red Lobster in Citrus heights, The mistake we made was when we came to eat both our waitress went on brake. The first waitress got us seated and gave us menus and we ordered drinks after a small wait another waitress came over to take our order, we explained to her we were already being waited on, she informed us our waitress had gone on brake so we reordered our drinks, and our meal. Then our original waitress came and told us that the other waitress had gone on break and forgot to place our meal. But all ended well the manager came over and apologized and took the price of our dinner off our tab, we also had a second manager come over and apologize. We were very happy with the meal and the Managers. If anything can be learned from this is the first waitress should have let us know she was going on brake as well as the second one. All in all we will be back food was great and both servers were nice just forgetful.

As an aside - the outside of the restaurant is blemished and partially hidden with an unkept "jungle" lot next-door which is owned by the Pennsylvania DOT. Red Lobster would be well advised to have it cleaned out and managed with shared responsibility.

  543. We went to Red Lobster for our 53 anniversary and everything was very nice.She even gave us an anniversary card after our meal.It would have been really nice if we had gotten a small dessert with that.But as i said the waitress was very nice.The food was great as always!

  550. On any special occasion we enjoy going to the Red Lobster. On this Mothers Day our son was able to join us. His mom had got done with work at 3:30 & he had to be to work at 6:00. Your staff was not aware of this and still was able to get us seated timely, Served us properly & did not stop taking care of us until we left. The food as always was wonderful. I can't tell you how much my family & I appreciated this particular visit!

  556. This was my mom's favorite restaurant before she passed in July 2011. My family visits their quite often. The employees at your Oceanside/Carlsbad are always great, even when I visit a half hour before closing. I would rate them a 10 PLUS.

  559. Had dinner at your Ashtabula Restaurant last evening,4/20/13; A very bad experience, I have patronized this location approx. 8 times a year. My check # was 41461, the appetizer was spoiled, the lobster biske was terrible it tasted like someome one put hot pepper in it.
    I got up to use the lavatory and the waitress took my salad without asking, she was very anoying.

    Very dissapointing, I will most likly never go back.

  561. I had the choice of 3 shrimp, alfredo, garlic shrims and Walt's Shrimp, the alfredo was too rich so the waiter offered me an extra Walt's Shrimp (6) which was very customer friendly of him.
    We always receive good service and will always return to Red. Lobster.

  566. My husband and I went to the Concord N,C, Red Lobster on April 12, 2013' My husband had the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake and I had the Lobster Lovers Dream. I thought my husbands dish which was cheaper than mine was better for the price. And was a bigger portion also. However that will not stop me from going again but I would definately order the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake.
