    Oct.30, my husband n me stopped at Raising Canes in Wichita Falls Tx to eat. After eating a delicious meal as always we left for home which was 4 hrs away. After two hrs we stopped for gas n I noticed my billfold was missing. I called Raising Canes and told them who I was n the employee said they had my billfold n it was safe. I turned around n drove 2 hrs back n all my contents were intact in my billfold. What a great group of workers there in Wichita Falls Tx. The man Robert G who took our order was extremely kind n generous. I thank the crew in this Raising Canes for being so honest n helpful to a senior citizen. We have stopped there to eat ever since it opened a few yrs ago n always enjoy the service n food.

    On 9-27-2017 we dined in at the Heath, Ohio location. The food was great, like always! BUT, the young lady that took our order and cashed us out, E. Osafo, was not very personable! We could hardly understand her when she talked she was so soft spoken! Did NOT greet us when we walked up to order, I even smiled and said "hi" to her and recieved zero response! When we received our change from her she just shoved it in our hand without even telling us how much we were getting back! As the crowed left the dinning room, all she did was take out trash. Did not even bother to clean off tables and chairs, while the young man at the other register had several customers lined up waiting to order, she just made herself look busy! I altogether did not appreciate her unfriendly attitude! Again, food was great, as always! :)

    The greeter and cashier both very very friendly. Service and fooddone very quickly. The order was complete. Drive thru and surrounding ground very clean well kept up. Will visit canes again very soon there good is awesome it rocks. Keep up the great work. God bless you all.

    I would like to say that the cashier greeted me with a beautiful smile also a compliment just friendly service and every time I come here I go to Raising Cane which is Las Vegas Nevada and that's the first place I want to eat I really do enjoy the food appreciate the customer service and it's just a nice experience so thank you for that

    I started survey using the bottom pc of receipt I was given w/ the 16 digit #s & started survey until when it ask for CHK #......WTH????     I ordered a 25 tailgate had my order in less than 5 minutes thought that was great the place was very clean and the staff was very friendly will be coming back for more . oh and the chicken strips and sauce was excellent the best I ever had code # is 1311-0026-1007-4203

Whoever had the most likes on their photo would win. The idea of this promotion is great, but the way it was executed broke every single rule in the Promotions Guidelines. The University of Phoenix's Alumni Association could have followed Facebook's Promotions Guidelines by building an application for contestants to submit their photos and allowing for users to vote for their favorite photo through the application.     Ate there last night. Only complaint is the noise level. We were saying that if they would use numbers and come to the table instead of yelling out the names, would be much more enjoyable.

    Went to the new Raising Cane's at 5869 Airline Dr in Metairie, La at 10:39 Jan 23'15 and went through drive thru when 106 Candyce waited on us. I ordered a Caniac with extra sauce on the side and a lemonade. When we opened our box, there were 3 cups of sauce but no slaw so I stayed at the drive up window until the server returned and I advised her that I had not received my slaw.
    She rolled her eyes at me and said, "You said you wanted sauce instead of slaw." to which I replied, no, sweetie, I asked for "an extra sauce on the side" ... again rolling the eyes and going to get a cup of slaw. She thrust the slaw at me with that eye roll again. Needless to say, this was my first time here and I was very disappointment with her attitude because one of the things I greatly enjoyed at my visits to every other Cane's I've dealt with was the joyful and appreciative to the servers.
