    Aida was extremely helpful and patient whilst I was a typical disorganised customer. She has a lovely friendly and helpful manner. Very professional and I took her advice on some of the options she or offered.
    One of my better experiences on a busy wet Friday lunchtime visit to the P.O.
    Will change my P.O. to use this one in future.

All I can say is that Christmas is a busy, emotional and frantic time when common sense seems to evaporate - except in this London Post Office where Hasu was tremendous, helpful and showed just how each and everyone of us should behave. I did not have to wait over-long and all queries and matters were swiftly sorted out.
    Have a great Christmas and thank you. Please pass this onto the Staff at this very busy Charing Cross Post Office.

    I called in my local post office in Clay Cross today. I was served with the utmost friendly helpfulness which is always the norm for this office. They seem to know all their customers and can't do enough to help them. I always leave feeling cheerful.

    I recently sent a present to my niece via fast track service on 22nd June 2015, however after one week she had not received it. Unfortunately, I had lost my receipt, however having explained the situation to Sarah in the Ormskirk branch, (branch 020k20x) she was very reassuring and tracked the package, I feel that she deserves recognition for her empathy and professionalism. I feel that she is a great asset to the Post Office service.

    I visited the Regent Street, Cambridge post office on 21/04/15 to renew my passport. Lady named Fidela dealt with me. I have nothing but admiration for politeness/help/knowledge and offering her time when they were busy. Even though I was in there for about 10/15 minutes her charm made it feel 5 minutes. If you ever feel down in the day pop in Fidela's post office.

    queues back to esculater now 5 checkouts 3 only working, lift out order older people, had to struggle down stairs alarms went off so customers started to leave, then alarms stopped and customers came back and tried to get back into old places in queues,sacks mail piled on counter, when i got served good service 1/2 desks there now, no notice to tell customers of changes being done there swansea needs sorting out quickly
