    Young woman taking my money completely ignored what I was saying to her. She never looked up in the entire transaction. I finally called her on it, and she said "sorry" and walked off. I left very annoyed!

    Yesterday I truly enjoyed my lunch at Panda. Delicious food and great service from very congenial staff members.

    I had one surprise though. I had taken your survey and was looking forward to my free entrée. I ordered, enjoyed my two-entrée lunch and then proceeded to the food line to redeem my free-entrée coupon, no longer than 20 minutes since ordering my meal. I learned that I was not able to redeem the coupon because it had to be on the same plate. I had intended on taking it home to enjoy later. It was not a big deal, but I was mildly disappointed in that I was not able to enjoy the free entrée later in the day. Now I have two free entrees so apparently they must be on one plate.

    It is OK if you do not respond to this, but my intention was to help others who might not understand the terms of this generous offer. Perhaps you could explain this on the customer survey so people would be prepared when they wish to redeem it.

    my family often order from panda express, however yesterday 7/28/13 we had orange chicken and shanghai steak bowls. both tasted the same and were very spicy-hot even though one had fried rice the other chow mein the meals were so spicy hot we could not finish them. if this is a new receipe, we wont be eating from there again.
