    I had an emergence scanning issue and i was beautifully attended by your associate, Erica.

    I ran a business for 40 years, and know an excellent employee when I see one.

    I was in the laurel ms store this past week. I :getting copies for a project. There was woman stranding behind the counter who seemed to not even notice was standing there. As waited, i heard her make racist slur about some Hispanic ladies who were using one the computers. I was so disturbed went ask for the manager but was told she is manager. I'm disgusted with behavior and will never step in that store again.

    I turned in 4 empty cartridges over a month & 1/2 today I tried to use the credit from it today & they could not find a record of this....this has happened before & I find it very discouraging & I don't think I will use this any more!     I had a computer problem. I usually go to Staples, but it was far away from where we have moved to Venice FL.
    I tried Office Depot and met your computer tech, Sean Bailey at the Venice FL location
    He was very helpful but we could not find the problem with my printer, he worked on it for two days...He recommended a new computer and printer, and I agreed. Both were old and 8.1 system was outdated.
    He sold me both the printer and a new Dell computer. For the $50 service charge, he transferred all the files and everything works just fine.
    I thanked his store manager and want to put this on record.
    Because of Sean, I am now an Office Depot customer, and will pass this to my friends.

    The associate asked if he could help me fine something and when I told him that I was looking for a specific type of notebook and told me that they did not carry it which saved me a lot of time. I was able to purchase another item that I was able to use. Judy was very pleasant and helpful during checkout.

    On 8-16-2017, when I made a purchase at one of your stores. The salesperson asked me whether I was a member of your Rewards program. I commented that the Rewards program was worthless to me since I do not purchase enough and that the "points" would expire before I could accumulate enough to cash in. I was told that the program had changed and that the points would not expire or "disappear" and would be there until I redeemed them.

    Today, 8-30-2017, I turned in 7 HP ink cartridges for recycle credit and I was given a receipt saying that I had to make a minimum $10 purchase per month. I don't purchase items every month. I buy what I need when I need it. Again, your Rewards program is meaningless to me. It is inconvenient for me to come to your store for the promise of a Reward when there is none.

    Service is good, products are usually in stock, store is clean but the Rewards program sucks.

I also have to thank Phillip (manager?) he checked every available coupons I could use, he is SUCH A WONDERFUL manager, when my previously insured computer broke, he helped me to get to the insurance for me to get the refund and now I am buying my 4th computer from the Glen Carbon, Illinois (618) 659--9722.     Just in your store Greenwood, In., sale 2428-3-687-445821-17.6.1, I had points on my office depot card, 317-887-2250,(not my main number don't know why you are using this) should be 317-887-2223, casher said I had 60.48 in points would I like to use this. Said yes let be buy the better stapler, so she did a return on the one I had to now buy the better product. She was not able to access my points again and the casher next to her also could not. I have 60.00 some points and used 18.92 . Have I lost the balance about 41.08 in points? looks like the store can not access my points again. Please send me a card with the balance from my points.
