I purchased Purple cow orange ice cream bars sept. 19 when I got home the ice cream was soft I kept them in the freezer for 4 days and no change what is in the product that will not let them freeze? I am afraid to eat them not knowing the content that keeps them from freezing.

Purchased 5lb. bag of NONPAREIL potatoes yesterday. 3 were suitable for use. The rest were green and not edible. Have had problems in the past with potatoes at Meijer.

Imagine my surprise when I checked my receipt after a shopping trip to Meijer in Adrian, MI. when I found that I had been overcharged on 3 ( yes-THREE) items for a total of $6.94!!! Crescent rolls that were advertised for 10 for $10.00-I purchased three and was charged $2.19 each (yes, I did have a total of 10 items advertised as 10 for $10.00. I purchased two 4 inch pies advertised for $1.00: one of them ( they were both marked $1.29 originally)-I was charged the correct $1.00 for one of them but the other was charged at $1.67! Thirdly I have a charge for $2.99 for some Pepperidge Farms cookies that are not mine!! How do I get this corrected? I am on a fixed income and at this rate I will shop at Kroger Not at all happy with Meijer today!!!
Stood in line for 20 mins with 2 people ahead of me. Store #218 Lane #15 had nothing but problems with credit cards. After scaning card was asked for ID. Then told card declined. Both people ahead of me had same problem. I was going to use my meijer card but was told it was declined, so had to use Discover. I went to the service desk to ask why it was declined and they said nothing was wrong with card. I don't think I will go back, as it is embarrassing to stand there using your card with a lot of people behind me waiting to check out. sCc
price on pork chops were priced higher than they were advertise for. i told the manager four time in two days in a row and the price was never changed. they were on a two day sale on Friday the 26 then on Saturday the27th they were advertised for $1.69 were priced $1.89 i feel the customer were ripped off both days. store number Reynoldsburg Ohio 43068 #212
I have found the produce items are not as nice as they used to be. I could not find bread for Texas Toast today while shopping. The area around the sea food items smelled very strong so I just rushed through that area not wanting to look at anything. Would like the Meijer store where I shop to have an optical department.
Re: Soda Stream CO2 cylinder and flavors
I just exchanged my CO2 cylinder for the Soda Stream machine at Meijers. I was able to get a replacement today but was told that Meijers no longer carries Soda Stream or flavors. I checked on the clearance ends but found that any remaining cylinders were purchased just yesterday on clearance. Will you continue to exchange the CO2 cylinders at Meijers? Without the CO2 the unit is useless. Please continue to carry the replacement cylinders at the Grafton, WI store. Thank you.
I don't mean to be dense, but I am having problems with this Mperks thing.
I'm signing up for products ($1 off tomatoes, $1 off sour cream) and they are not showing up on my receipt, while other items did (dog and cat food).
These are things I would not otherwise have purchased.
Otherwise, I'm happy with their service and selection.
I am very disappointed with the Lowell Michigan Meijers store. This mornings shopping experience was terrible. Stockers were in my way and would not move so I could get to the items I was shopping for. They were also very rude. Then when I wanted to cash out there were not any cashiers on duty. I never have used the self checkout lanes, I don't like them. It took me 45 min. to finally get finished checking out. There should always be at least 1 cashier on duty. I have been shopping at Meijers stores for may years. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I'm not so sure I will continue spending my hard earned money in a store that dose not respect and appreciate their customers.... very disappointed

This past Saturday I bought a 2 liter bottle of Meijer Pink Grapefruit Sparkling water.
It was, to say the least, very disappointing. No Grapefruit taste. It was more to the taste of Soda Water.
I won't be buying the Meijer Sparkling Water again.
I sent a email about the people in deli not putting a full pound in container when ask for a pound. Bob told me he would take care of this. I went to the deli today and bought a pound. Bob your problem is not solved. I told her I did not care if she had to put it in 50 containers I wanted a pound!!
I am a regular Monday shopper at the Mason Meijer and I will be finding another place to do my shopping as the shelves are not kept stocked....whether it is a purchaser problem or a stock person problem it doesn't really matter to me...this store has been really lacking especially in the produce and spice department lately and when I have to visit the store more than once a week to stock my groceries for the week then it is time to consider trying another store...Okemos and Holt are not that far from my home which would provide me with options such as Kroger or Tom's....
The store was very clean and neat I had very good service and really good prices.
This is why I shop Meijer and have since the 1960s!! First of all, I would like to tell you about the cashier. Her name is Clara. She is so friendly and very efficient. She doesn't keep chatting until she waits for the receipt and coupon. I have been in her lane before and she always has the same friendly attitude. I went to the Meijer store in Portage, MI, early Tuesday morning, to buy a gallon of milk. Then I thought, I had better stock up on other items, as there was a winter storm warning out for that evening. After filling my cart, I went to get checked out. When I got home and was putting everything away, I wondered where the milk was. I looked at my receipt and realized I forgot to buy milk! So, I went out to another large grocery store nearby. I paid $3.79 for a gallon of milk. Meijer had milk on special for $2.29 this week! I must have been one of a mere few in the store. I can understand why. That evening, I poured a glass of milk with my dinner, and the milk tasted terrible. It must have some kind of additives. The date on the container was February 23.
Teller was extreamly friendly and helpfull about sighning up for Mperts
Meijer is my "go to" store because of the wide variety of products sold, excellent produce quality, friendly personnel, good sale prices, even though there is a Kroger and Aldi store five minutes from my home.

I had a transaction at the service desk at the Meijer on Hillcrest Ave., in Springfield, Oh today. The associate was Crystal. She was the kindest, most patient person, and completed my lengthy adjustment with a smile. She is a shining example of a 5-star employee. I was embarrassed to have her go through this seemingly endless process, but she did so without question. What an asset she is to your company!
Went to Meijers on Gratiot in Saginaw tonight thinking first day of sale would have no problem getting what I waned. WRONG for a 24 hour store the shelves were empty. No 1% milk, maybe a half dozen yogurt that the family likes if that many, 3 cans of half cafe coffee on the shelve, no water on the water shelve yes there was several cases of water that was not on sale. Every banana in the store was so green will take several days to ripen.
This is a store that is open 24 hours a day I realize that this is a Sunday but there are still people working so way the empty shelves???
Your Employee that rang up my order is the SLOWEST person in the World. His Name is Branden. I stood in Line for 35 min.s and there were only 3 people in front of me with small orders not baskets full. He talked and would stop what he was doing to talk. Well here it is Saturday Morning and I go get my EGGS that I know I paid for and Guess what NO EGGS, I don't know what he did but I did not get my eggs. SO I had to Send out my HUSBAND this early Saturday morning to go get eggs so I can finish His Breakfast. This is so unacceptable....im going to shop more at my Local KROGERS from now on. I just left the Meijer location on Market Place in Rochester Hills. One of your employees, who is an elderly gentleman, was very helpful. I was looking for a certain item in the produce department, this gentleman was so polite and went to the stockroom to get me the article. It was a bag of spinach and the size I needed was not available. When he returned to tell me this he was so apologetic and helped me find other merchandise. Your employees are so nice and mannerly. When my grandson gets old enough, he is going to work for Meijer where he will learn excellent customer service.
i don't have a cellphone that has internet on it because i have set income so i have not figure out to do mperks please tell me how i can save with mperks.
I used to be a dedicated shopper of Meijer but I have noticed more and more shortcomings in the store this past year. Today was the worse as I waited inline for over fifteen minutes with ice cream melting in my cart. Only two registers open with what appeared to be inexperienced cashiers. I had quite a bit of groceries in my cart and was ready to just leave it.
Also, I noticed the specials advertised were out of stock, the meat case is nasty and smells (needs to be cleaned) . Upon finally getting home and checking my receipt, I noticed I was over charged on so called sales items, charged double for some items that I did not get doubles, was just very frustrated with the whole experience. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
I will be shopping more at KROGERS FROM NOW ON!
I just wanted to say thanks a lot to your employee Madeline H at store on Westnedge in Kalamazoo Michigan. she went beyond her job to help me. I was looking for a item couldn't find it she was helping me what she gave me I wanted different. it was what I wanted but bigger so I said ill go look in baby dept. which was across the store. she told me where to look. I couldn't find it I looked up she was in front of me with what I wanted. she found me to bring what I wanted in the area I was in at, at the time something was in front of what I wanted. so hats off to her I thank you for hiring a worker like her and may I say very polite. thanks Marcella your shopper.
I am very pleased with all aspects of Meijers Helpful employees who know where every item is in the store. And the shelves are always full so I can complete my shopping in a short time and I do not have to choose another brand other than the brand I usually buy. mperks us fun and easy to find in store.
Again this week I can't read the cash register receipt. What's going on?? Is there an ink shortage?
That's my main gripe. My pet peeves are the condition of the bottle return machines, and power

My husband just went to the Meijer store in Highland, IN to return some work boots that had fallen apart. (This is the 2nd pair he had to return in less than 90 days and they had finally pulled the boots off the shelves because they were so poor in quality). The clerk called the Customer Service Manager because she said she couldn't do a refund, exchange or store credit. The heavy set manager finally came to the counter after 20 minutes and said he couldn't do anything because the boots had been worn. My husband had lost his patience by this time and said he wouldn't be shopping here for shoes ever again. The manager told him he hopes he doesn't shop here at all anymore! I guess we won't be going to Meijer again anytime soon. (He was able to return the boots for a different pair at the Merrillville store).
I enjoy shopping @Meijer, the store are beautiful, atmosphere is great customer service. Meijer's fruits,and vegetables are healthy looking. I love the spacious aisle walking to shop for groceries. Great store to shop..
I do want to add that the store on Lapeer Road, Oxford, Michigan is excellent when it comes to service, cleanliness, and availability of items. The staff will always go out of their way to help the customers find what they need from their shopping lists. Love shopping there!!!
I received an email from Meijer. I attempted to go into my perks. Before I could get into my mperks, I was required to update my Meijer.com. So I attempted to log into the .com and my password was not accepted. So I requested to reset my password and received the email to do so. When I reset, I again attempted to update the Meijer.com so that I could get into my mperks. I called to see what I could do. Honestly, I was on hold for 35 minutes. I figured that no one was going to help me, so I attempted to reset my password again. No luck. I tried to call again and was on hold for another half hour, listening to the recording of representatives helping other customers and that my call would be handled in the order it was received over and over again.
This is totally unsatisfactory. Tell me how do I get onto my mperks now and take advantage of the coupons???? In a rating of 0 to 5, I would give a 0 for satisfaction when it comes to talking with someone on the phone with Meijer. Unbelievable!
VERY GOOD SERVICE
Meijer stores are clean with passable aisles and customer-friendly staff. Their produce is usually first rate, except for the recent 5-lb. bag of potatoes I purchased there. They were also out of some of their advertised loss leaders.
Everything I wanted to buy they were out of. The self had been empty for four days already. Which means they put lots of stuff in the ad that they don't have. I couldn't even get a rain check for the things I wanted. Had to wait in line forever. Today was one of the worst shopping trips I have had in a long long time. If this is what shopping a Meijer is gong to be like I will have to start shopping some were else.
My fiance works at the West Lafayette Meijer and it is amazing. I absolutely love the way the store is set up and the way y'all have it organized.
