    I have visited Matalan store number 307 in oxford street London today and i was served by Tara to who i wish all the best in her career as she showed how professional she was from the time she greeted me till i paid my bill.
    Bear in mind that i did not say that because of the £100 voucher draw.Is because the first time i received this kind of service in Matalan as i'm regular especially to that store mentioned above.

    We visited the retail park in Dunfermline on 1st. March 2017 and got a parking notice ticket.
    I put the Blue Badge belonging to my mother-in-law who is 90 on the dash board but as the car
    park systems only uses number plate recognition no one could see it.
    I sent the Parking Notice with a letter and a copy of the blue badge to the manager/manageress. of the four retail stores which my wife and my mother-in-law were in. Matalan manageress sent a request to the car park company. She said we are not meant to be allowed to cancel car park fines but I thought I would try on this occasion and were successful.; We appreciate ever thing that she did.
