    Oh Oct. 14, 2017, we had our picture taken at the 1st Lutheran Church at Fairfield, Iowa. Today when we received it, the picture is not centered in the matting. We are not happy with it. The left side of the matting is a little wider than the right.

    My compliments to PC:9534-Cindy who worked with me to get a photo that I really like. When I arrived I told her that I never take a good picture. Sure enough, she worked with me and got some really good pictures so I actually had a choice of poses. Thank you Cindy! You are the Best!

    i just had my pictures done at the church in west liberty iowa and i was very pleased with all the pictures just wish i could buy more but i did get my xmas cards they are cute the photographer jill-8987 was just a super person enjoy working with her or i should say glad she had fun taking my pictures i really loved them all my access code 88331181 next time i need pictures done i would love to call lifetouch do you have a studio in iowa close to muscatine i would go to davenport or a bit farer love the photos

    Your photographer was very kind but you are way over priced. $170.00 for 4 5x7's ?! The pictures turned out very good but do you realize that is $42.50 for 1 5x7 ? Very disappointed that you would take advantage of people this way. There is such a thing as a profit - and there's also such a thing as a killing. We did not buy at those prices.

    I receive the wrong sit of pictures that I paid for however these picture are of my family and they are beautiful but I need the pictures I order and I ask to be sent my proof to my email and I have not received them can I get someone to help me receive what I paid for you have my email correct now and I will contact you by phone to see what I have to do to receive the pictures I order.

    Very good service,,. Nice and professional experience. The photographer instantly made me feel at ease ..No pressure on the sale. I'm on a fixed income with some recent high vet bills. He was very understanding. I was able to afford 1 additional picture at a very resional price. Very enjoyable session for the church directory..

    Our church recently had pictures taken by lifetouch photos, and most the pictures were OK, but the people who took the pictures were very pushy, and did not explain pricing well at all, would not tell people the price till orders were made out. They never told people that there was high shipping and handling charge. They spent way to much time trying to pressure people into buying, that we had people waiting a hour past there scheduled session before theirs were taken, a few left without even looking at proofs, just told photo people to just pick one ànd submit it for the directory. We had several large multi-generations pictures taken and were told by Mark who set the sessions up for us that we did not need to schedule extra time for them, we asked more then once and he always gave me the same answer. Come to find out we should have, and the photographer was not happy with us and that put us even more behind. The photographer Gene was very rude to people helping, and some of the customers. All in all it was not a good experience, I truly hope that putting the directory go better.

    I liked the pictures that were taken for our church book, but where I made my mistake was to order extra photos. Your prices are way out of line. Considering that you were making money for the church photos, charging the amount you charged for personal photos was not good. But you live and learn, thank you.
