    I purchased a navigator at NPS.....I will never spend a dime in that store again....But your associates could not care where I bought it,they wanted to help me....They were so nice it was I was in shock....The workers at NPS were so rude.....Their was a gentlemen by the name of steve cady and the first time I went in there a gentleman named M. Baker.....You need to know how great they were..Not only nice but professional and didn't care about fixing my navigator for free(it was under warranty....

    Can't believe you made me repeat all this over for not knowing my e-mail address....Just a ploy to make me not comment on Store # 61 in Wichita, KS....We have been customers for over 15 years...and this year not ONE person from last year's staff is there..NOT ONE...I have been in for water testing four times and these new "kids" don't know their you know what from a hole in the ground...I'm soooo up set that they can't answer a single question without reading the printout they gave me...I REALLY miss the old gang headed up by Greg and all his KNOWLEDGEABLE staff!! I'm going to find a new shop this week!!! Leslie's store # 61 in Wichita SUCKS

    store #768 sucks.i ordered a skimmer and was told it would be there in 5 days i went there 9 days later and it still wasnt there.i canceled my order.your employee that cancelled my order had no comment before i left,not even have a nice day,even though i wasnt.well i wont be going there anymore,so dont send me anything in the mail either.

    Brian came out to install a cartridge filter ......his work was very good and he then took the time to teach me how to clean the filters when needed. Excellent job of instruction and very satisfied with his work.

    Your coupon for just $5 are worthless and hard to use. When I try and use it I have dealt with every excuse for NOT being able to redeem my $5. Fine, O.K. then just stop laying it out there if your not going to honor them. I have never dealt with such excuses for not giving a good customer a break. And since you now own warehouse I can only guess it will get worse. Except for Lauren at the Pearland TX store who by the way is your best employee, ( i go to all the stores due to stock and often get the run around.) I will go to Lauren from now on first since she was very concerned about my feelings and about the coupons.Not just an uncaring shrug and a hmm so? Bottom line! Give the customer a $5 break or stop putting it out there!
