    I recently shopped in the Lego store in Leister Square in London. I was looking for things for my grandson who loves the new movie. I know nothing about the movie or the products available. Porscha waited on me. She was extremely helpful and was willing to walk me through all the products available. She seemed very knowledgeable about the products available and which were more popular. She was great. Made my shopping experience worthwhile.

    I purchased four LEGO items on 3-23-17 at the Rockefeller Center store. The items we shipped to my home. The small items were placed in an oversized box without packing; therefore, the box arrived bashed in and the item boxes were dented. I have not opened the items to inspect for additional damage.     I was very pleased with the courtesy show at this store. Mark and a young woman whose name slips my mind at the moment were well mannered, courteous and efficient in the way they handled my questions and the efficiency handling my purchase. Conversation was limited, courteous and perfect to efficiently handle the sale but so pleasant that I look forward to returning again some day.

    We were looking for a Lego kit with dinosaurs for my 3 year old grand-daughter. Unfortunately store did not have any and she was disappointed. however the clerk gave her a dragon on the way out and it really made her day. We did however buy a friends kit and she made that with me today!
