    I completed the application form via the internet and the rebate form indicates that I should still mail the receipt and rebate form. Is it necessary to still mail in the form if I completed the information on your website? This was not a well prepared form and getting information is very difficult.

    Purchased paint on 9/3/17. Bought the wrong finish. Took back the paint and the old paint can and returned to get a credit and purchase the right finish. The salesperson was very helpful the first time and was again very helpful in crediting and doing the new sale. It was easy with no problem and I appreciated the professional way it was handles.     I just purchased 12 gallons of Behr paint as I saw the TV ad saying it was on sale. Once at the store and I purchased the paint I was told it is a mail in rebate that can be done online. While I have the receipt and gone to your web site I can't find the, "select the matching buttons below." While I have been a Home Depot customers for many years this is not at all what I expected, please help.

Had an employee help me pick out the correct size of cocoa liners for the 6 hanging baskets I needed. He even offered to carry them out to my car. Now that is service with a smile!

    When I bought my house 3 years ago, I have spent alot of time in homedepot. I love doing handyman stuff myself. I also spend lots of time in my yard. Everytime I go to homedepot I always find everything I need. They have a great collect of items during all the holidays. The employee's have always been so nice and helpful. I just bought a new freezer from them and waiting on delivery and plan on buying other items once this item is paid for. Look forward to going back soon to my favorite homedepot store close to me.     I went to buy some plants at the Home Depot in Eagle this afternoon since the prices are beyond belief and Home Depot guarantees their plants for one year so its important to keep the receipt. Kathy-KDA526 helped me at the register, I asked when I saw the total was way low (I could keep shopping :) if she could suggest some good fertalizer for my lawn for the winter. She showed me a bag and another cashier said I had a free insect repellant that went for free with that bag. I as a woman love Home Depot as they are so helpful and happy I find. I also love being a stock holder in the company and its doing amazing. Keep up the good work with hiring and offering amazing prices in a store that absolutely beats Lowes in my womanly opinion.
