    Tewkesbury store.I recently purchased 2 adult cycles from your Tewkesbury store,we were attended to by a wonderful member of staff his name is Dan he is the most pleasant helpful and attentive young man he advised us on the cycles we had chosen the advice he gave us was excellent he is very knowledgeable on the product. he is selling when our cycles were ready to collect he telephoned us with a very polite telephone manner, again when we collected ourcycles and equipment he gave invaluable advivce . your have a super young man in your employment please look after him young people like him are hard to find.     i visited the store number 0891 as i had a tyre which i had to change as it developed a bulge in its side the tyre had weird marking on its side so i was unable to determine what size it was the assistant was able to find the correct size for me and when i stated that i would require a pump he was able to show me the one i needed excellent work as he showed a great deal of knowledge

    I recently visited the Telford (11-05-14) branch to have a replacement fog light fitted to my Mercedes. Staff member (Adam P) was very courteous and polite, he took an interest in my car and made me feel valued as a customer. I found his customer service to be spot on as was his product knowledge of the correct part that was needed.

    23/03/3014 Purchased Phillips CMD-310 had it fitted by Mark Service Engineer Farnborough Hampshire store. I was very impressed with the way Mark installed this unit and how knowledgeable he was regarding the unit and fitting. He also removed an old phone kit external aerial and all the wiring making all good and taking great care and attention to detail. He also installed an external mic for me and made sure l was fully up to speed on how the unit worked and went through all it's features with me before leaving the vehicle. I was very impressed in the way l was handled/treated and would definitely recommend using Halfords Farnbrough Hampshire to my friends and family etc.

    Had service and MOT done in February (£175) + agreed over £500 repairs all done at the Blackburn branch. Within days of passing my MOT the cooling system alert started flashing on and off. I booked and paid for a diagnostic online, at the same branch of Halfords. I brought my car in on Sat at 8:30 am and was informed at 10:00am that I needed a new radiator at a cost of £250. At 4pm I was told that my car was ready for collection. I waited until 5.10 pm to see a mechanic drive my car at full speed through the small shopping precinct and was told that I would not be able to drive my car home as they found that the fault was in fact a cracked/leaky pipe. It was suggested that I collect the car on Monday (?day off work to collect a car when I was promised the repair on Saturday). Very poor service
