FedEx Office (FedEx Office Print & Ship Services, Inc., formerly FedEx Kinko's, and earlier simply Kinko's) is a chain of stores that provide a retail outlet for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground (including Home Delivery) shipping, as well as printing, copying, and binding services. The computers available for rental are connected to at least one color and one monochrome laser printer (some newer stores have only a color printer but charge less for monochrome prints).     Last week my wife brought a number of photos, in date order & pictures upright, to center #1903 Location Code JTOK to have the photos placed on a USB for a slide show at her fathers funeral. Transaction *19030148692. The USB was picked up on Oct 1,2017. On Monday Oct 2, we instilled the USB into the projector to view. Your tech did the worst job in history of copying the photos. No longer were they in date order but photos were from 90, 180 to 270 degrees off. The final project was never looked at for correctness. My wife was in tears at looking at the disaster of the work done to her unusable funeral slide show. I took the USB back to Center 1903 and talk to your amazing employee Clorissa. She looked at you work, apologized for poor workmanship, and said if I brought the photos back, she would redo the whole project correctly this time. It would be completed the next day to be picked up. I brought the photos back. Clorissa called to say it was ready. Thank you Clorissa at Center 1903 Location code JTOK.     Customer Service Rep Debbie was great! She was very informative and helped me use the rental PC to help me complete a project that I needed to get done. Her information enabled me to get up and running quickly. She also was nice enough to make herself available if I had followup questions. This was my first time using the Kinko PC and it was a very good experience that will enable to consider this service a viable option in the future.     My wife and I were fortunate enough to find a stained glass window which we had been seeking for a number of years. As my wife had taken the treasure from the car to take it into store #1188, a FedEx store employee came into the parking lot to save the window from being blown from her hands. Inside the store, Richard told us that the window exceeded the dimensions which could be shipped from #1188 and would have to be shipped from the freight division of FedEx. Richard was most helpful in helping us to connect with the freight division. When a very unhelpful Ebony came online, Richard assisted us and had great difficulty in getting accurate responses from her. He helped us to connect with a different customer service rep. In the end, he sold us on leaving the window for packing and shipping. We felt that Richard went above and beyond in customer service. We were ready to walk out after the frustration of dealing with Ebony, but remained due to Richard's excellent service.

    We will have larger shipments in the future and will certainly return to store 1188 in Largo!
