    Today I went to my local CVS located at 157 Ritchie Hwy. After the horrible customer service received by Danielle, I am going to call my insurance company and beg to no longer have my family of 6 prescriptions having to be filled by CVS.
    Danielle didn't speak a word to me during the transaction - no hello, no goodbye, no thank you. Nothing - I felt like she was inconvenienced by having to wait on me after her co-worker asked her to go to her register (she had been just standing doing nothing) and I had been waiting for a few minutes with no assistance. Danielle needs a job where there is no interaction with customers. Poor job CVS on training.

    The survey link did not work! I was trying to leave feedback because my experience with the manager at the West Orange, NJ (Main Street) location, Edgar, was really great. He, and the assistant managers, are consistently friendly and helpful. My whole family uses CVS rather than other stores because of me, and I prefer CVS.

    I love CVS Drugs store, its convenience in every location--time savings. Cheap prices from sale to sale I don't have to buy bulk in all merchandise that I need.     My CVS provides the best customer service every time I am there. Whether I use the drive thru with Carol or Regina or come in the store with Marion, Chase, and Bridgett . They always work well together. I feel like we are more than friends, we are a family.
