    I have been a Taco Bueno customer since January 1975 in Tulsa, Okla, this was my very worst experience that I have ever encountered i 42+ years. This was not a rush time of the day 2:00 pm. 1. Young approached me to take my order after waiting a couple of minutes and just stared at me, not saying welcome to TB or may I take your order. I told him I wanted 2 Beef Taco Platters for here, both crispy. He then started asking me, here or to go, Crispy or soft, I said Crispy on Both. He said you want 2 and I told him yes, he said beef or chicken, I said beef. 2. We got our drink and started to get napkins, sauce, Jalapenos, which were all out. 3. We finally got our order, it was 2 Chilada/Taco Platters, and Chicken not Beef, I then had to go back up and get chips, plus the packed it To Go not Dine IN. I noticed the 3 of the 4 customers that came in after us had to go back up because their order was not correct. It is a good think we like TB or I would never go back, you can imagine if it was a first time customer. Plus the good was just luke warm cheese never melted. I would love to hear from TB about this, very very disappointing.

    I have to agree with Lucinda...I'm still trying to find the correct survey site to fill out my survey and I can't locate it! Also, the one site I DID try wouldn't go through and I did try it several times...it kept saying invalid everytime...and it WAS NOT...I correctly entered my receipt store #, the correct date and the correct time (this was for two days ago) BUT NOOOOOOOO....invalid was all I got. So I'm on the search for another buenosurvey site and still can't locate...THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

    I have never been to Taco Bueno & gotten my order correct. I dread going there because you charge way too much for extra cheese & sour cream. I have to check my order every time & have to go back through the drive thru to get it right. when you say extra cheese & you want sour cream & get charged for it but don't get it, is really aggravating. I really like your fajitas but I always tell them no guacamole but extra cheese & sour cream. They will give me queso & guacamole. I would go to Taco Bueno more often if they could just get my order right. You charge .99 each extra for cheese & sour cream for fajitas & that's way too much. But extra cheese & sour cream for a burrito is .49? I don't get it. Didn't even get it tonight. Barely was any cheese on the burrito, was at the end of the burrito. So I wasted .98 & couldn't even finish eating it. I don't think I should have to check my order every time. I only go to one Taco Bueno that is close to my house. I could care less about getting a free taco just train your employees to get the order right the first time!!
