    for more than 3 years i've been traveling to Fort McMurray for work. when I leave to fly to fort mac my family stops at boston pizza in Fredericton N.B. and have our last meal together as a family for 6 or more weeks. then I return home and we stop at boston pizza and have a meal before the hour long drive to where we live. my boys are age 5 and 2. konnor my youngest was sick this year and I was working, my wife Roxanne asked if she could do something to make him feel better, his reply "boston pizze would make my neck feel better". so im about to return home and we will make our stop at baston pizza. my son love it. the reason we started to visit your business is your gluten free products. kaelyn my oldest son can't eat gluten. thanks ken

    I first time go to this place Boston Pizza .I order French onion soup .Is was tribal in menu said mozzarella chees but is diffident cheap chees and soup was complicity cook differing from so far onion soup for 6 $ + type I pay but next time I refuse to pay this is not right to company cheating on ingredient to cook what is provide in menu .You need to give me extra coupon for the next time better experience is was so disappoint .

    My husband and I always enjoy going to Boston Pizza. We were very disappointed recently because the traditional style Lasagna was no longer on the menu. We go to BP especially for the Lasaga. We tried the newer version, which is NOT a traditional style Lasagna but it doesn't come close. I understand why you have to update the menu from time to time, but couldn't you have picked on some other entree?

    hi i was in ur resteraunt tonite celebration my moms 74 birthday with are family of a seating for 20 people and the food was not very good, 2 adaults had chicken finger meals and the fries were cold and the chicken fingers were burnt and it is not worth 15 dollars the
    there plate were empty they should at least had a side dish for that price, the service was good, but the food was not i would not recomend people to go there

    Our server was very nice, had our Caesar salad which we shared in 2 plates as I can not eat gluten. He was very friendly and attentive. The Boston lasagne was very very good, but we were somewhat disappointed the Homestyle lasagne is gone. My Gluten free pizza good be improved for sure, I have had better gluten free pizza's in other establishments. OAnd a big disappoinment that Air Miles are gone.

    we recently went to boston pizza in stony plain alberta and did not have a very good experience. we were a party of ten but it was two separate families on two separate bills and the waitress informed us that there would be a 15 % automatic gratuity added to our bill because we had 10 people in our party. well two of these were under 12. anyway it was actually two parties of 4 and 6 and I strongly disagree with this 15% automatic gratuity. what if the service sucked. which it did. my daughters chicken and one of the other girls chicken orders was undercooked so the girl said she would take it off our bill but in the end when we went to pay our bill changed amounts three times and so did my friends bill. it was ridiculous. the girl kept saying she was going to get the manager but we never saw him/her at all. my bill which was supposed to have already had the 6.99 taken off came out to $114.00 but when I got to the till. it was 128.00 which was bizarre so she said well they must not have taken the chicken off but the chicken was only 6.99 so then she came back and it was 122.00. it was ridiculous like I said. and they have discontinued air miles which also upset many people that day not just us. this was sept 8th, 2013 4 p.m.

    I went to your new location on Henderson Hwy for the first time on June 26th, 2013. We were excited to be there and sat on the patio. After being given menus and ordering a drink, it the took forever to order our lunch. The lasagna was on special, so all 3 of us decided to try that. What came was a huge disappointment. There was a dish of noodles with hardly any sauce, cheese or meat. The server never asked us how everything was. It wasn't her fault, as there were not enough servers on the patio. I later called to complain and explained that I had had lasagna in other locations several years ago and that it was smothered in chees, sauce and meat. The person answering said that she was not aware of the lasagna previously, as she was new. She sent me a certificate for a free pasta dish. My bill # was 0013a and there was a # at the bottom of the check
    31013-60000-6211.

    I went back a second time and decided to order wings. I ate the flat ones and then as I bit into the fuller ones, they weren't cooked. When I complained, the manager came out and started arguing with me. I am 64 years old and have eaten wings many times, usually at Earl's and I know when chicken isn't done. He finally agreed to credit the wings back and then I ordered a pizza. I had also ordered water. Again service was slow ( understaffed ) and I didn't get the water and the pizza was cold when it arrived. I didn't complain again. My check # was 0086 and the number at the bottom was 64083-70000-52011.
    I don't know if I want to return and I have 2 $25.00 gift certificates from friends. and the free pasta dish which I have not redeemed. I hope to hear back from you. Louise

    My wife and I took our Brother-in-law and his wife to your establishment in Kingston, Ontario, #408. Our transaction number was 77864-51000-40011.
    The experience proved very rewarding as we were presented with a clean envirionment, a courteous staff that gave outstanding serice and great food. It's not often all aspects of a dinner are so well coordinated.
    Thank you for a very pleasant experience. We shall return.

    Hi we, family of four just came back from boston pizza on st-laurent blvd in ottawa ontario and the service sucked and also the food sucked except for the wings . It took our order 30 minutes to get on the table . There was 20 customers . Thats all . We went on feb the 14 th and the service was bad too . We will not be going there again . My son took the chicken strips and they were frigde cold inside . The manager still charged us for his meal . My bill was 53.62 with bad service . Very upset customer!!!!
