    It is true.
    Sir and 6 friend and me went in Burger king at dilshad garden metro station..
    There service is very bed. we order 8 combo pack..burger..
    And they gave us only burger.. he did not give fries and Pepsi.and when i asked about that thing. He demanded charges more.
    He din't answers of any questions...
    At that time sir went near to them and ask politely he said rudly and he came on fighting...
    That time I take sware .I will never come again..

    visited bk at the horsefair Bristol today,some very poor food and dismal service.the burger lacked taste and roll felt dry and a week old my mrs had a smaller burger but very similar experience.the chap who served my wife not friendly and no great help,at the end of the day 9.38 wasted.

    Real treat at burger king, I can not abide the 'music'? in the MK outlet it makes me feel rushed and I get indigestion so ban that if you can it spoils a tasty meal. I have been waiting for many years to get a burger king in Aylesbury but as far as I was told our council was being paid by macdonalds to keep them out and we have two macdonads here and burger king was repeatedly turned down. NOT acceptable I would not eat macdonalds if you paid me to. WHEN CAN WE HAVE ONE HERE?

    Yesterday, I went for a ride and stopped at Burger King, Bolton, and ordered a £6.99 'Bacon Double XL,' which had the smallest bit of Bacon on it. Normally I love Burger King, although I'm not sure if I'll be going back after the meal yesterday...the bacon wasn't even XL, double and the Survey doesn't improve anything; what a joke.

    We went to the newly opened BK @ Gateshead. The service was slow, they tried to give me a burger that had been sat on the tray a good 10 minutes before the rest of the order was added. They did change it when challenged however the girl just placed it back on the cooked rails for someone else to get! Also the onion rings were soggy. We won't be visiting that site again which is a shame as we always chose BK over McD

    For the third time, I visited the Burgher King outlet on Eastgate St, Gloucester. For the third time the restaurant was dirty - with unwiped dirty tables and floors. For the third time they not only DID NOT stock milkshakes but lied about the reason for not stocking the required items. Several other items advertised were not offered. There were no napkins for myself or the children and the staff were rude and unhelpful.
    It is not compulsory to have a Burgher King on Eastgate St. If you do not want to run one and cannot get or train young people to work in them, why not close? There is no such problem in your unit in the Peel Centre near the Quays in Gloucester. Maybe you should send the staff at Eastgate St there for training and observation

    i was the first customer in the new burgerking grays Essex, opened on 14th may, it looks very nice but was disappointed in my whopper meal, it was cold, I just put down to they only just opened and getting use to the new shop x

    I have spent over an hour trying to do your survey, I followed all the instructions regarding cookies etc. and every time I tried to get to do the survey after putting the branch number, the date and time it kept taking me to the cookies information over and over again.     We visited with friends, the BK, at Clark's Village. and were very disappointed with the quality of food.
    The MOZZARELA, sticks, were overcooked, and were mainly crumb coating. poor filling and portion.
    The small Burgers were also not very nice.
    The tables were very rocky, on an uneven floor, and it was generally not very clean.

    We have visited other BK, and found them quite nice.

    Went to burger king at the Lowry Mall and the milkshake machine was not working. This seems to be an on going problem as I have not been able to get a milkshake on a number of visits. I was told that it was going to cost about £1000 to repair and there was not the money to fix it. If this is true it just seems a shame that a company with a turnover such as yours cannot afford to ensure that their customers are not disadvantaged
