    Received the checks in the mail today. All is okay with the printing. Problem--- Nowhere in the package can I find the cost of the check order. When I asked at the bank the teller said she did not know. Now I am left to wait for my bank statement before knowing the cost of the order.

    SIMPLE SOLUTION: Show the amount charged on the paperwork included with the check delivery. Don't keep it a secret!

    Based on other comments, it seems as if Delux is trying to get out of the check printing business. That is okay, since I will look for someone else to print my next order of checks.

    Your checks are ridiculously expensive. I'm using every possible alternative payment method to avoid using your product. During the past 8 months, I've decreased my check usage by 80%. I will continue to avoid using paper checks, only using them when absolutely necessary. I would encourage others to do likewise. Perhaps when your sales (and profit) numbers drop, you'll be forced to consider a price reduction.

    I'm very dissatisfied.

    Your check service sucks. I opened an account @ Bank of Oak Ridge on May 5,2017. After 40 days of complaining, I received the checks today, June 14th. My daughter Julie, recommended Bnk of OakRidge but I had no idea "banking as it should be" would be such a nightmare.

    As some of these other comments state, there was no check box included. Other than that, I received my checks in a timely manner and they were the print that I ordered. I do want to look at other sites for checks because of pricing and print selection.

    I recently ordered new checks and did not receive a check folder, nor was there a box for the checks. Previously, a flat-packed box was sent, which I could assemble and use for storing my checks. Very inconvenient for storing checkbooks. For what you charge I would expect a box to store the checks to be included. My next order will not be from deluxe checks.

    I'm writing to say that I recently ordered new checks and did not receive a check folder, nor was there a box for the checks. Previously, a flat-packed box was sent, which I could assemble and use for storing my checks. Also, the way my checks were packed resulted in the whole package being bent in half to fit in my post office box. I realize part of this is error at the post office, but the whole experience of getting my checks hasn't been as pleasant as in the past.

    Just got my checks in the mail. Ordered them the usual way...gave my reorder slip to the teller at the bank. My check design was NASCAR tracks. My new checks that I just received were some basic blue check. What the hell happened to my checks????? I would also like to agree with other people's comments below...why don't we get a box with our checks anymore and why are there now only 3 deposit ships? Used to be more!! Just like everything else in America...the cost rises and the service drops!!!!

    My checks were delivered to my post office box. They had been folded over and
    creased inside the flimsy packaging. Now all of my checks are wrinkled and
    creased. Had the package been marked "Do Not Bend" this might not have
    happened. This never happened when they were mailed in a box. As it is now,
    all 5 books of checks are warped and will not lay flat inside my checkbook. Could
    you please send me more checks? Improved packaging would help.

    I only got THREE deposit slips per book of checks. They use to have more than this. I have 3 checks sent by direct deposit but I have between 6-8 checks I have to deposit. Also, I agree that we need a box to use to store checks and past registry books. This company charges plenty of money for checks so more deposit slips and a box seems only fair. With ALL these negative comments they should take these to heart.

    When I ordered checks from my Ga Own Credit union last week I was taken back when
    I found out 100 checks was going to be $44.75 and I told the teller I did not have any choice.
    This is totally outrageous - .4475 cents per check. I do not know if it is you or my credit union but regardless i will not order anymore checks until you give me a partial refund on these and I am writing the credit union also

    The package containing my new checks was left on my door step. Even though I was home, no one knocked on my door or rang the doorbell to allow me to know that something that important was left outdoors for anyone to grab. Very disappointed!

    Please send me four "transaction registers" . I received 5 packets of checks but only one register, you should include at least two. And, no my bank didn't have any either. Not nearly enough....so disappointed I had to go to the trouble of contacting you....which by the way, isn't easy. And certainly startled that those 5 packets cost my $29....that is over $5 a packet. Your phone number is robotic only. sigh

    I order checks through my bank from you. The last two times I ordered my checks and got them the gray binding at the top is not secure and when I would write a check and tear it out the binding came loose and started falling apart. I ordered 200 checks and this happened on each pack of 25 checks. This needs to be looked at and improved. Thank you.
